Amanda Reichert,
A transplant in 2003 to New Hampshire, from Clearwater, FL and back to FL again in 2021 where she has expanded the services of The Divorce Connection. Amanda has two adult children and experienced her own divorce in 2009 after being married for 14 years.
Amanda founded The Divorce Connection to provide a resource to the public that is free and that provides access to eduction sourced by trusted, vetted professionals in the field of divorce. When she went through her own divorce, she struggled to find help and resources for accurate information pertaining to divorce. Amanda has worked diligently to identify trusted professionals who provide free education through The Divorce Connections™ meetings.
Amanda is a REALTOR® licensed in FL, NH and MA and is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™) and holds a designation as a Real Estate Divorce Collaboration Specialist/Project Manager.
Amanda has been extensively trained as a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™) and through her training works very closely with the family law community to educate them on the crossover between divorce and real estate matters.
And since divorce and financial pitfalls often go hand in hand, Amanda can provide guidance on foreclosure avoidance. Amanda has a team that is expertly skilled at working with homeowners who are in need of a home sale where the outstanding liens exceed the value (i.e. upside down or underwater). You can trust Amanda to work tirelessly on your behalf to navigate this very long process with detailed communication with all affiliated parties to get you through it. Amanda works diligently with divorcing homeowners and their attorneys, mediators and financial advisors as a neutral to "Represent the House" in divorce. Amanda is passionate about helping her clients to navigate the emotional side of real estate in divorce.
