Amanda Reichert is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert® handling the sale of real property in Family Law Cases.
Ms. Reichert is a full-time Residential Real Estate Salesperson and has sold hundreds of homes across FL, NH and MA.
Ms. Reichert has extensive experience working with divorcing homeowners as a REALTOR®, Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®), and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) and has most recently completed Introductory Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Training. Ms. Reichert serves Sarasota County, Manatee County, and select areas of Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
As a CDRE™, Ms. Reichert is certified as an expert as it pertains to the handling of the sale of real property in Family Law cases. Ms. Reichert has been extensively trained to proactively identify obstacles divorcing homeowners face while navigating the financial and emotional complexities involved in the sale of the marital home in high-conflict (litigated) and low (mediated or pro-se) conflict divorces.

Ms. Reichert obtained her designation as an RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce) through “DivorceThisHouse.com” by attending an intensive, 2 day, 12 hour in person training course with Professor Kelly Murray, J.D. where she earned a designation and learned how to identify and mitigate the risk with keeping the house or selling it in divorce. Training included assisting divorcing homeowners in assessing viability of buy-outs and reviewing C.L.U.E. reports.
