Mary Sargent is a Certified Family Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem in the NH Office for Mediation and Arbitration, specializing in Family Services and Small Claims. Her 25-year background includes varied aspects of Family Support Services, including Protective Services Social Work and Guardian ad Litem. This background has given her unique insight into the legal institutions affecting families wrestling with disputes, and the children all too often caught in the middle.
Mary brings a strong commitment to helping people resolve their own disputes, finding solutions that all parties can agree to and work with. She has successfully mediated neighborhood disagreements, workplace disputes, landlord/tenant conflict and adoption related issues in addition to parenting and divorce mediation.
